On Saturday, June 1st, the Relay for Life was held on the Field of Dreams behind Medford High School. The Relay for Life is a movement done by the American Cancer Society to honor cancer patients and raise money for the organization. The event was a success with fun dancing and music for the kids and also an emotional part where family members read stories about a loved one who either passed or is a survivor of cancer.
The MHS Dance Team performed a special number to go along with the event’s theme this year- Hollywood and red carpet. Here’s a video of their performance: http://youtu.be/5vHE4BDXxeE
